Oini 24 समस्तीपुर। शुक्रवार को जिलाधिकारी रोशन कुशवाहा की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में आगामी 24 जनवरी को जिले के गौरव भारत रत्न जननायक कर्पूरी ठाकुर के जन्म दिन पर आयोजित कर्पूरी जयंती राजकीय समारोह एवं 26 जनवरी 2026 को गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह की तैयारियों को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस अवसर पर सबसे पहले प्रभारी पदाधिकारी जिला सामान्य शाखा ने गत वर्ष के बैठक की कार्यवाही का ब्योरा जिलाधिकारी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया।
भारत रत्न जननायक कर्पूरी ठाकुर जयंती :
तत्पश्चात जिलाधिकारी बताया कि, “जननायक कर्पूरी ठाकुर जयंती राजकीय समारोह के अवसर पर सर्वप्रथम पूर्वाह्न 8:00 बजे नगर भवन के पास स्थित भारत रत्न जननायक कर्पूरी ठाकुर जी की प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण कार्यक्रम किया जाएगा, तत्पश्चात कर्पूरी ग्राम स्थित महाविद्यालय परिसर में उनकी प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण एवं स्मृति भवन में माल्यार्पण तथा अन्य निर्धारित कार्यक्रम गत वर्षो की भांति किए जाएंगे।”
इस संदर्भ में जिलाधिकारी ने समस्तीपुर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी दिलीप कुमार को सभी संबंधित लोगों से समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।
गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह :
इसके पश्चात गणतंत्र दिवस की समीक्षा के क्रम में जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि, “गणतंत्र दिवस के दिन सभी चौक चौराहों पर स्थित महापुरुषों की प्रतिमाओं पर माल्यार्पण का कार्यक्रम विभिन्न पदाधिकारीगण द्वारा किया जाएगा।
“इसके लिए नगर निगम सभी प्रतिमाओं की साफ सफाई करायेगा तथा जिला सामान्य शाखा से पदाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की जाएगी।”
साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि, “प्रतिमा स्थल पर फूल एवं माला के साथ कर्मियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति जिला नजारत शाखा द्वारा की जाएगी।”
पटेल स्टेडियम में झंडारोहण से संबंधित आवश्यक तैयारी हेतु श्री कुशवाहा ने कार्यपालक अभियंता भवन प्रमंडल को आवश्यकतानुसार बैरिकेडिंग, वाहनों की पार्किंग तथा स्टेडियम की बाहरी एवं भीतरी दीवारों की आवश्यकतानुसार मरम्मत कराने का निर्देश दिया।
इसके अलावा जिला नजारत शाखा को ससमय आमंत्रण कार्ड प्रिंट कराने एवं अतिथियों के मंच पर बैठने, टेंट, साउंड इत्यादि की व्यवस्था करने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
परेड व झांकी:
वहीं पुलिस उपाधीक्षक पुलिस लाइन को परेड की आवश्यक तैयारी करने तथा गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर विभिन्न विभागों की झांकियां की तैयारी केलिए उप विकास आयुक्त की अध्यक्षता में कमेटी गठन करने, का निर्देश दिया गया।
निर्देशों के अनुपालन की भी होगी समीक्षा :
अंत में जिलाधिकारी ने एक सप्ताह बाद पुनः बैठक आयोजित कर आज की बैठक में दिए गए तैयारी से संबंधित निदेश के अनुपालन की समीक्षा करने का निर्देश दिया।
सभी विभागों के पदाधिकारी थे मौजूद :
बैठक में आरक्षी अधीक्षक अरविंद प्रताप सिंह, अपर समाहर्ता समस्तीपुर ब्रजेश कुमार, अपर समाहर्ता आपदा प्रबंधन सह उप विकास विकास आयुक्त राजेश कुमार सिंह, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी दिलीप कुमार, विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी अली एकराम, जिला सामान्य शाखा प्रभारी सुश्री अंजलि सहित सभी संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
